Exploration

Guardsmen Resources Inc. is a private BC mineral exploration company.   We have been in business since 1989 assembling a unique group of mineral claims all located in British Columbia.

Guardsmen holds interests in several mineral claim groups located in central and northern British Columbia.  The focus of exploration is primarily on gold, silver, copper and zinc.

Over the course of the last few years, the Company sold two of its claims groups, Lawyers and Ranch, retaining NSR interests on both. We did sell the NSR on the Lawyers to Royal Gold in 2022. The Company retained a 2% NSR on Ranch when it was sold to Thesis Gold in 2020. These are in addition to the NSRs it holds on claims in and around the Engineer and Dome claim groups. Depending on how work by FTEL at the Deer Horn progresses the Company’s 50% interest could become a 25% carried interest on Deer Horn claims. We have staked further claims at DH.

The company optioned its Deer Horn claims to Deer Horn Metals Corp. (DHM) (now known as First Tellurium). Readers are referred to the FTEL web site and Sedar for information regarding those claims.  Guardsmen's adjacent 100% owned Zinc Bay (aka Silver Bay) mineral claims have a 2012 43 101 compliant report by Bob Lane, the company’s QP recommending an exploration program. In 2022 the Company completed a 3D IP survey and updated the 43 101 covering the Zinc Bay claims.

The company’s Dome Mountain mineral claims are adjacent to the Dome Mountain Mine currently under the control of Blue Lagoon Resources Inc. Readers are referred to Blue Lagoon’s website for further information on its plans to bring the Dome Mountain mine into production. The company holds a 3% NSR on Dome mine claims previously sold to the operators of the Dome Mine, which claims include extensions of the known ore bodies comprising the mine. In addition The Company completed a 2022 soil sampling program and acquired additional claims surrounding Dome then.

The company has optioned its Engineer/Gold Hill mineral claims to BCGold Corp. (BCG) and retains a 3% NSR.  These claims were acquired with acknowledgment of the NSR by Blind Creek Resources in 2017.
