Engineer/Gold Hill
The tenures over which we hold our NSR on the Engineer Gold Hill moved from BCGold to Blind Creek then to Engineer Gold Mines all under the watch of Brian Fowler. Activity has picked up considerably at Engineer with the new team at work. We are encouraged by this and will be communicating with EAU as their work there progresses. They have an October 28 2020 MDA our which provides information about their progress.
Company management views this positively in light of the 3% NSR on those claims in favour of Guardsmen. BCGold principal, Brian Fowler, caused the transfer of the BCGold Engineer assets to Blind Creek Resources and acknowledged that the NSR applied to the claims as owned by Blind Creek. He then moved to Engineer Gold Mines as president. He has since left the company.
